I’ll be honest, these days I haven’t been bothering putting a full face of makeup on out of pure laziness. I’ve just been trying to take care of my skin because its been acting up a bit with the weather change. I know this is still considered a lot of products but this is my version of what a lazy day face consists of which doubles as my traveling makeup as well. I didn’t include mascara because I’ve had lash extensions on for the past weeks which I am obsessed with.. but we’ll see how long that feeling lasts. (UPDATE: been using THE BEST lash serum that’s been helping loads for maintaining my lashes! that’s for another post..)
Charlotte Tilbury Unisex Health Glow- This product is actually the reason I made this post. It has changed my daily makeup routine in the best way. Since being back home, I’ve been trying hard to keep my Hawaii tan alive and this definitely helps. I automatically feel more confident with my complexion which adds a more than subtle luminous and glowy look to my skin without having to pack on tons of products to do so. This product comes out white but adapts to your skin tone immediately and doesn’t feel heavy on. High suggest giving this a try.
BOBBI BROWN Nude Finish Illuminating Setting Powder- I’m all about trying to have that natural glow within type look all year round. I’ve been using this setting powder lately to help control the oily sections of my face and not make me look dull. So far its been doing a good job at both.. but being my strange self, I still use this next product at the same time..
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Powder- I know I’ve talked about this before numerous times but had to bring it back. Until I find another powder that controls my oily t-zone completely throughout the day without any touch ups, I will continue to by this over and over.
MARC JACOBS BEAUTY Glow Stick Glistening Illuminator- Coming back from being in humid weather all day long, this was my go-to daily highlight. I love how easy this product is to apply being so creamy and long lasting. I use my fingers to dab along my cheekbones and nose without it looking too glitter ball.
MAC Cosmetics- 24Hour Extend Eye Base- No need for explanation about this one. This has been my go-to eye primer these past few months and hasn’t let me down. This is one of the best eye primers I’ve tried and lasts me months. If you haven/’t tried this yet.. you should!
MARC JACOBS BEAUTY- Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon Eyeliner in Earthquake- Being in humid weather, jumping in the ocean and all that good stuff this liner has been through a lot and has passed with flying colors! I believe this is a newer formula, so thankfully I don’t have the problem of it drying out so quickly like I did with the older formula liners.
Benefit Cosmetics Goof Proof Brow Pencil in 03 Medium- Another product I can’t live without. I’ve tried so many eye brow products and this is one I have bought over and over without hesitation. It has cut down my eye brown time in half and lasts all day for me.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Gel- I’ve tried so many eye brow gels and always come back to this one. This is by far my favorite brow gel because of the fact that it keeps my brows in place and doesn’t leave a crunchy texture behind. Smooth looking natural brows for the win!
MARC JACOBS BEAUTY- Enamored Hi-Shine Lip Lacquer Lipgloss in Love Drunk- My all time favorite lip gloss formula. This is the most comfortable gloss on the lips and lasts throughout the day. The mint scent isn’t over powering either which I like. I can put this on with no mirror and call it a day.
Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray- Another product I will re-purchase forever. This is what seals in everything on my face and the reason I don’t ever need to touch up my face throughout the day.
A million steps later… that’s it! I’ve been trying a lot of new products lately so I feel a new favorites coming soon! Let me know what you use in your lazy girl makeup routine!
